How do I configure Drop-In sessions?

With Wodify's online sales portal drop-in athletes are able to make a reservation, sign a waiver, and pay their drop-in fee before stepping foot in your box. To configure your Drop-In Session details: 

  1. Go to Wodify Admin > Membership > Templates > Sessions
  2. Click 'Drop-In' found under your Session Membership Templates

The Session Name, Number of Sessions, and Revenue Category will be auto-filled for you. 

  1. Enter a Brief Description of this drop-in session which will be displayed on your online sales portal. 
  2. If you would like to enable Drop-in Payment on the Coachboard and pre-payment from the online sales portal, turn on 'Enable Drop-in Payments on Coachboard.'

    NOTE: If there is ever a time where you will allow a drop-in to attend a class for $0, you will want to enable 'No Charge Available on Coachboard.'

  3. Enter your drop-in fees for Wodify and non-Wodify athletes as well as any associated tax rate. 
  4. View and edit the email templates that are sent to drop-in athletes when they have made a reservation and after they have attended their class. 
  5. Click 'Save'
