Leads can be tracked with Wodify. Tracking leads allows you to manage, contact and update the status of your lead through your sales process.
Leads can be created 3 ways:
- Manually create a Lead in Wodify
- Prospect visits your website and submits a contact form
- Prospect sends an SMS to your gym
Once a lead is in Wodify, admins and managers can log phone calls, emails, notes, and add attachments to the lead. Once the lead is ready to try your On-Ramp/Preliminary program, the lead can be converted.
Admins, Managers, and Coaches have the ability to create new leads within Wodify. To manually create a Lead from within Wodify:
- Log into Wodify Admin
- Go to People / Leads
- Click '+ New Lead'

- Fill out all required fields:
- Name
- Status

- Click either 'Create' or 'Create & Edit'
- Create will save the lead profile and take you back to the lead list
- Create & Edit will save the lead profile and take you to the newly created profile to view and make edits
