Improvements
- Free trials reserved via the Online Sales Portal will now be listed in the Attendance section of a Lead's profile
- Sales Tax and Gross Revenue columns were added to the export of the Revenue by Revenue Category report
- Processing a bi-weekly payroll period before the next period has been generated will no longer cause the next period to be truncated to a single week
- The Product Edit page will no longer prevent new Revenue Categories, Product Types, or Vendors from being created
- Sessions used can no longer be manually edited when the Invoice associated with that session membership has been refunded
- Several reports that did not properly load data the first time they were visited have been fixed
